Overview

All of Morocco’s greatest sites are included in this 15-day tour from Casablanca. This tour combines authenticity and modernity as well as culture and exploration. You won’t miss anything during your fifteen days in Morocco.

Depending on your flight information, the journey starts and concludes in Casablanca or Marrakech. We will travel to a lot of different destinations like Merzouga; which is the most important and memorable stop on your journey to Morocco. We will take you on an exciting camel ride to the heart of the desert and spend a night with nomads.

Just after that, you will travel with us to the mythical city of salves, Yunkai (Ait Benhaddou), as reported in the Game of Thrones; to Pentos (Essaouira), the Free City located across the Sea of Westeros; and to Astapor (Ouarzazate), one of the three great city-states of Slaver’s Bay. The journey with us takes you back in time to the land of Dragons, and exotic Morocco.

If you are a fan of culture and history, Fes, Marrakech, Rabat, Volubilis, and Meknes have a lot to offer. You will lose the sense of time while strolling through the maze of old medinas formed by the narrow streets and aromatic shops. At some point, you may start to wonder how intact the city’s buildings still are. Amazingly, apart from electricity, only few indications show that life has changed in some places since ancient times.

This 15-day tour from Casablanca is a journey to the past, to the mystery, and to the unknown places tourists don’t know existed; indeed, it is what makes travel with Morocco travel so special.

Day 1 : arriving to Casablanca

The 15-day tour will begin at the hotel or airport in Casablanca. Following that, you'll visit the Hassan II mosque, which is constructed over the Atlantic Ocean and ranks as the seventh-largest mosque in the world.

The good news is that it is accessible to tourists who are not Muslims. It's a fantastic opportunity to find an Islamic mosque. You will have a great chance to observe Moroccan craftsmen’s deft work, which exposes the richness and beauty of their handicrafts.

You will also visit the Museum of Moroccan Judaism and the Secret Medina. It gives a detailed account of the history, culture, and customs of Jews in Morocco.

In addition, you will see other sights in accordance with your time of arrival. The first night will be spent in a nice hotel.

Day 2: a tour from Casablanca to Chefchaouen

Day 2: a tour from Casablanca to Chefchaouen

Following breakfast, your journey to Chefchaouen will start. On this route, you will visit Rabat, one of Morocco's imperial towns, on the second day of this 15 days tour from Casablanca.

You will see the beautiful Kasbah of Oudayas, the Mausoleum of Mohamed V, the Hassan Tower with its unfinished minaret, the Hassan 2 as well as the Chellah Necropolis.

You'll travel to Chefchaouen after lunch. Before you arrive in the foothills of the Rif Mountains, you will travel through a number of breathtaking sceneries. Once there, you will notice a majestic gate leading to a broad valley filled with blue buildings, which is Chefchaouen. In the middle of the Medina, a classic Riad designed in an Andalusian manner will greet you. It will be a good chance for you to walk there instead of using a car and discover it.

Day 3: Chefchaouen Guided tour

Day 3: Chefchaouen Guided tour

After breakfast, you will set out explore Chefchaouen on foot. Numerous painters, including Eugéne Delacroix, Maria Fortuny, and Henri Matisse, found inspiration in this city. You'll learn a lot about Moroccan culture and the background of the blue city from the tour.

You will begin your investigation at the Chefchaouen Kasbah, which was constructed at the start of the 18th century by the fabled king Moulay Ismail. The ethnographic museum's stunning view of the gardens that round the Kasbah and its collection of old town photos and musical instruments will astound you.

You will visit Plaza Uta el-Hammam after that. The square is surrounded by cafes and restaurants that all serve the same foods. After a long day of exploring, it's a tranquil location to unwind and observe the world passing by.

You will adore this wonderful city if you enjoy taking photos. The city is known as the "jewel of Morocco," and numerous Instagram users praised it as one of the most beautiful places they had ever visited. Including Chefchaouen in your 15 days tour from Casablanca won't be a mistake.

Day 4: a trip from Chefchaouen to Fez

Day 4: a trip from Chefchaouen to Fez

After having breakfast, we will travel to the 3rd-century BC Roman ruins of Volubilis in the east. Some of the original mosaics have been kept in remarkably good condition here. This city was served as one of the most remote capitals in the roman era. Now it is a landmark that tourist visit from all around the world.

Next, we drive to Meknes, a wonderful imperial metropolis that was constructed by Sultan Moulay Ismail during the 17th century. You'll visit several beautiful sites like Lahdim Square, Bab Mansour Gate, Sahrij Swani (a sizable pool), and the Sultan Moulay Ismail Tomb.

By the end of the day, you'll head to Fes. Green landscapes and grain farms will be visible as we travel through the long route before you reach the magic city.

You'll spend the night at a local Riad in the heart of the old Medina.

Day 5: Fes guided visit

Day 5: Fes guided visit

After the breakfast, you will start your guided tour of the Medina; one of the biggest walled cities in the world. You will stroll through the winding lanes lined with ripe fruit, piles of spices, elaborately woven Berber rugs, and other Moroccan artwork.

You will go to mosques including the Quaraouiyine Mosque, which Fatima el Fihri founded in 859, and the Andalusian Mosque, which was built in 860. Unfortunately, non-Muslims are not permitted inside, but you can visit the library and see the magnificent, hand-made tilework going back to the 9th century.

Then you will see the fountains, notably the Nejjarine fountain, the Medersas (Koranic schools) that date back to the 13th century, Batha Palace, which is now a museum of arts and traditions, the Chouwara Tanneries, the Souks, including one of the busiest in the city, Souk Attarine, Bab Boujloud with its green and blue pottery, Mellah and the 17th-century Ibn Danan synagogue and the King's palace.

You will then go to the tanneries, which are Fez's most famous landmarks. You'll be shocked to learn that leather is still prepared by artisans utilizing methods from the Middle Ages. It's unusual, but it allows you to see several Moroccan locations that have gone back in time. As you return to your Riad, you get ready for the next adventure.

Day 6: a tour from Fez to the Desert

Day 6: a tour from Fez to the Desert

You will reach the Sahara Desert on day six of your 15 days tour from Casablanca. Since you will see a different region of Morocco—the country of camels, nomads, and traditional life—it actually will be the highlight of the 15-day.

You travel to the desert via the middle atlas mountains after breakfast in Fes. Ifrane, a small, chilly city known as "the Switzerland of Morocco" for its resemblance to a Swiss ski resort, will be your first stop. Additionally, this city is one of the cleanest in the world, and nobody ever throws cigarettes on the ground there.

After taking some shots, you will move on to Azrou and pause at the area's biggest cedar forest to observe and photograph the barbary monkeys.

You cross the border to a different area of Morocco after lunch in Midelt. Before arriving in Ziz Valley, you will stop to take in the breathtaking panoramic view of oases dotted with tall palm trees as you cross Talghomt, which is full of lovely vistas and sceneries. It is a distinct scene from anything you have previously seen throughout this 15 days tour.

You will arrive in the desert and your camels will be waiting for you. You then ride your camels out into the desert and you'll witness one of the most breathtaking sunsets in the world while trekking. You will be in the middle of the desert after an hour, where mint tea will greet you.

You will spend the night in a luxurious camp where nomads put on dance and singing performances in which you can take part.

Day 7: Tour of The Dunes & visiting Nomad Families

Day 14: Marrakech guided tour

Day 14: Marrakech guided tour

We saved the best for last. Before ending your 15 days tour from Casablanca, you will get aboard a Moroccan Vespa to explore Marrakech's streets and sites like a local instead of tiringly lengthy walks, traffic congestion, or bus excursions! Step onto the back of a Vespa and you will get ready to travel around the streets of Marrakech. You'll pass by elaborate Islamic architecture, humming bazaars, magnificent blue buildings, courtyards, and historic souks.

After lunch, you will explore some secret gardens as you zip through street shops and Marrakech's towering minarets! You'll learn all the insider tips and have someone to show you exactly how Moroccans live with a native leading the trip, plus it will be a pleasant, non-cliche approach to seeing the best sights in Marrakech!

The city of Marrakesh transforms into a magnificent place with a vivid energy that is difficult to match as the golden tones of the sun begin to fade and the night descends with its chilly, refreshing wind, its sparkling night sky, and its promise of exciting times ahead.

We will take you to some of Marrakesh's most well-known sights as floodlights illuminate them, bringing to life reflections and the play of light as the markets are transformed into outdoor food courts. As local entertainers perform all around you and your local guide entertains you with their tales, Jemaa el-Fna Square transforms into a spot where you can eat the best cuisine from the area. Overnight in your Riad.

Memorable 15 days in Morocco, Thanks guys!

excellent 15 days in Morocco and we cannot ask for more. We were there the last month but we still feel ourselves in Morroco. We contacted Morroco travel based on the recommendation of a family member and they have arranged 15 days trip for us. We traveled from Germany and everything was just as planned; they took care of everything. We have tried many travel companies in different countries and we confirm that Morocco Travel is one of the best. We traveled in a Lux car and the hotels or Riads as they call them in Morocco were just perfect. They are an honest company and their service is clear; first, they sent us the list of the hotels that we will be using, the itinerary, and the price of the tour. Second, there were no hidden fees; unlike other companies we used in the past, with Morocco Travel, you pay the exact price they send to you. We paid twice, a deposit online and when we arrived to Morocco. So no one asked us to pay extra for a service though sometimes we ask the driver if we can drive off road. The driver, the guides, the hotels staff, everybody was nice and we loved the locals. It is a memorable trip and we thank Morocco Travel for making it happen.

Such a great experience with Morocco Travel

We have chosen Morroco travel for our 15 days trip to Morocco based on the recommendations of a friend. The service was as expected ! I was impressed by their attitude and passion for serving their clients .our guide, Yassine, was good at his work. He sat with us, and we talked about the trips; we talked about the adventures we would like to have; he asked about our priorities and designed the trip as we requested. The tour vehicles was luxurious and comfortable. The accommodation was always in the center so we could access all the main attractions easily. There were many shops including traditional ones just nearby our hotels. Morocco Travel team knows not only the best locations, but also have connections to make you trip easy. You don’t need to wait for checking or to access museums. Everything was arranged in a professional way. We traveled with Yassine and he was knowledgeable and an experienced guy. he knows the best markets and ancient sites to visit easily. He showed us the local culture and we interacted with residents, we drunk tea with them on multiple occasions. It was a great experience. During our trip, we met university students in a Riad who were open to sharing their thoughts with us. I think I wouldn’t experience these such things if I didn’t make my trip with Morocco Travel. Our Fez tour guide, Ali, was excellent; he perfectly explained the history and crafts of fez medina well. There were a lot of long drives as well. Still, Morocco travel did a healthy job and divided the long itinerary into short stays so that to get refreshed and enjoy the trip. On our breaks, we had tea and funny conversations. Indeed, our experience was excellent and for sure, we will recommend Morocco Travel to our friends.

Absolutely Wonderful 15 Days in Morocco!! Thank you Ali and Mimoun :-)

We cannot say enough good things about Morocco Travel. It is truly a full service travel company. This trip truly is one of the best values we’ve come across in our extensive travels (over 70+ countries). My husband and I had never traveled to Morocco before and we found Ali (our wonderful driver) and Mimoun (who worked our itinerary details) to be absolutely wonderful. Together they were professional, personable, and made our trip truly enjoyable. The 15 day Casablanca tour was an exceptional introduction to Morocco itself, its people, and the Moroccan way of life. I usually plan our trips, but it was nice to have everything taken care of and not a detail was missed…and we saw much more due to their knowledge of the country than we could ever have seen if we planned this trip on our own. They used a luxury vehicle that was super comfortable, and the accommodations were beautiful authentic riads that added to our experience. We wanted the ability to have some time to explore on our own and Mimoun was very professional in adjusting the itinerary to meet our requests. My husband is also very tall (~1.9 meters) and has allergies and Mimoun did a marvelous job of finding accommodations that had beds large enough for him and hypoallergenic rooms. As we drove around the country with Ali, we got to know each other as he explained about the countryside we were seeing and the villages and cities we passed through. We had plenty of time in all of the cities where we stopped and were able to enjoy them and their unique natures. It was great to become good friends with Ali and by the end of our trip we were sorry to see it end. We left not saying goodbye, but rather till we meet again.

Best 15 days trip ever ! Excellent tour company

I have just finished my wonderful holiday in Morocco and was thrilled I used Morocco Travel. I traveled with my husband all over the world and we used different companies like in Asia, Africa, Europe, Australia... and Morocco Travel is by far the best company we have ever traveled with. The team is very awesome, kind, and generous. This tour has changed our view of Morocco and its people. There is much to say, but I will keep it short!  We found Morocco Travel on Google but we were skeptical in the beginning to book with any Moroccan travel agency. We don't know much about the country and we read a lot about it; though we found it interesting, some travelers said that there are many issues like street harassment, scam, the companies you travel with push you to buy things...etc. However, we found 15 days tour from Casablanca interesting and we decided to contact the company and see what will happen. Since our first contact, we were thrilled by an exceptional customer service and a warm, welcoming spirit. We exchanged a lot of emails with Mimoun and you can feel from his answers that he is very polite, honest, and passionate about what he does. I can say that from the first few emails, we felt that this is the right company we are looking for.  I had many concerns about Covid, safety, and security in Morocco. Mimoun always replies with long explanatory emails that enjoyed to read. I think by the time we actually were able to travel, we had exchanged several emails! But this was just the preview of what is going to happen. When we arrived in Morocco, we found Yassine at the airport waiting for us. We started the tour from Casablanca and visited Rabat, Chefchaoeun, Meknes, Fes, the Desert, and other destinations before ending in Marrakech. From beginning to end it was excellent, safe, and smooth.  We cannot express how satisfied and happy we are that we went ahead and traveled with Morocco Travel.  Yassine, our driver, is very pleasant to travel with and we enjoyed his company tremendously! We met a lot of locals with him and we made several short side trips to see some exotic places. He has a very cute sense of humor that we had a great time teasing with. I guess we started with a driver and finished with a friend. The Riads are up to our expectations and well-chosen. Everything is well organized and for sure, I will recommend Morocco Travel to my friend, family and anyone asked me about Morocco. Thank you guys for your hospitality, kindness, and the love you share with your travelers!
